The photos below give you a taste of what you can expect if you take part.

Section 1: Kakadu: February 4-9
You walk and wade along the tracks and see small creeks flowing better than the major rivers do in the late dry season. The photos below are from Baroalba Creek.
On the Gubarra track Baroalba Creek in Flood
You enjoy a Yellow Waters cruise in a boat you have almost to yourselves. You get to do a scenic flight and see the flooded landscape below.

In the southern part of the park, you visit wonderful places that no other tour will take you. If you click the photo, you should be able to see some of our group enjoying a swim. Lower Motorcar Falls
Section 2: Nitmiluk and Litchfield: February 8-13
From Kakadu, we move south to Nitmiluk and Katherine Gorge. Other tours, if they walk at all, restrict themselves to the marked trails. We take you places you share with no one but your walking companions. Pools like the one below right disappear later in the year.

In Litchfield, we get off the beaten track and enjoy private pools. With a bit of luck, we get close to some of the wildlife.

Our final stop is at the Territory Wildlife Park. At this time of year, you can get much closer to the animals than during the peak tourist season.
