BARRAMUNDI CREEK
One
of the relatively few Kakadu Creeks which flows all year. Our
walks take you through Barramundi Gorge into a paperbark forest
where, in the late dry season, huge flocks of black cockatoos may
be seen feeding in the trees. A short walk up a side creek brings
you into dense rainforest and then to several large pools and
waterfalls.
WATERFALL - BARRAMUNDI
In
addition to Barramundi, you visit the headwaters of Waterfall
Creek with its incredible rock formations and Aboriginal art
sites. If water levels permit, you can swim through a small cave
and listen to the music of the water as it trickles through.
